Mt Buller Snow Guarantee DOES NOT APPLY to any booking made through a discount website or online travel travel agent such as Booking.com, Expedia, Wotif, Agoda, Scoopon, Ouffer, Luxury Escapes, Cudo etc or any other Online travel agents.
- Duck Inn reserves right to cancel a reservation if the guest has not yet checked in and registered at the hotel. Duck Inn will provide a full refund within 7 working days of such cancellation and advise the guest of the cancellation by email.
SKI HIRE
Our Ski Hire Shop offers a full range of downhill skis and snowboards. We also offer tuning services if you already have your equipment. We are open till late so when you check in, we can have you fitted out the evening before you go skiing. If you also pre-order the ski lift tickets through us, when you get up in the morning, there will be no queues to line up in, just head straight for the slopes. Booking flexible - 30 days
30 Day Notice Refundable Rate - Booking can be cancelled for any reason more than 30 days prior to arrival.
2% cancellation fee applies to cover merchant and booking fees that we can not recoup.

Snow Guarantee Refundable
The Snow Guarantee is provided by Duck Inn Mt Buller to give confidence to guests when booking a snow holiday. It's a money-back guarantee on all prepaid accommodation (less 2% Merchant Fee) if there is insufficient snow cover as per Mt Buller Snow Guarantee.
